
The first step becoming a member of Troop KY-1691 is to register with Trail Life USA. All troop members must register with Trail Life USA within the Trail Life Connect app. Once you have an account you can register male leaders and children. Each child that would like to join the troop will need to be registered and have paid the annual Trail Life USA Fee directly.
Parents and Children are welcome to visit a troop meeting to get to know the troop and see the program in person. Once you are ready to join you will need to pay a troop fee and sign a troop pledge sheet.
$100 annually for 1 child
$200 annually for 2 children
$50 annually for each additional child

Trail Life USA Fee:
Member Fee ($33.00): This base fee provides for operations of the Home Office. Annual Insurance Assessment ($9.27): This variable amount accounts for market fluctuations in the costs of accident and sickness coverage, general liability, and umbrella coverage.
Troop Fee:
The fee helps to cover several costs for operation. It helps to cover the costs of the class B trail uniforms, hats for the woodlands, books for the nav/adventurers, cost of supplies for camping, weekly game activities, weekly lesson supplies, office supplies, such as paper, lanyards, awards, badges, and to help supplement extra costs, such as park fees, passenger van rentals, etc.
